Text Box: Text Box: Responsibilities Include - • Obtaining (from various sources and formats), verification and entry into the OMAC database tax collection data, • Uploading (from the State Department of Taxation) the property tax rate files and the verification that the tax rates are in state line order • Tracking of bond & note rates for inclusion in multiple projects • Keeping track of estimated assessed valuations and uploading the information into the applicable data base • Maintaining a close working (and personal) relationship with the county auditors’ offices and the real estate appraisal companies
