Position: Administrative Assistant


Responsibilities Include:

  • Invoicing, accounts receivable and petty cash
  • Creating of ‘OMAC Ranking Reports
  • Supervising the operation of the front office
  • Supervision and training of part time employees
  • Purchasing and inventory of supplies and the contact with most sales representatives
  • Running various computer programs including daily backups; and instructing employees on the use of in-house and third party software
  • Preparing of calendar sheets (work orders) on new issues
  • Obtaining the results of competitive sales; and updating the bond and note databases with interest rates and purchasers on competitive sales and interest rates and on negotiated sales
